What is Laser Lipo or Laser Liposuction:

Skin Oasis Laser Liposuction is a combination of laser technologies and liposuction techniques using small cannulas (tubes) and local anaesthesia. The laser helps melting the fat and tightening the skin . The liposuction gives the new shape by taking the unwanted fat deposit away.

Initial results can be seen as soon as day 15, but the final result will take between 6 and 12 months depending on the area treated as this is the time soft tissues need for their remodeling. The canulae used are “micro-canulas” which are less than 3mm diameter, there are usually no stitches. This is to avoid waves, unevenness, irregularities often seen with the traditional liposuction. This technique allows a more precise sculpting and is less aggressive than the traditional liposuction techniques with less downtime and faster recovery.

Laser liposuction is designed to sculpt and reshape body areas including neck, face, knees, outer thighs, buttocks, arms, male breast, back, love handles and abdomen.

Up to a maximum of 3 litres of fat can be removed in one session.

The treatment is done under a local anaesthesia with a mild oral sedation and there is no need of hospitalisation. The patient is able to walkout after a short time in our luxury recovery room at our London clinic.

A treatment takes an average of 3 hours, with 1 hour for recovery. If you arrive at 10:00 am at the clinic you could leave at 3:00pm. After the treatment, you will leave the clinic with a dressing and a compressive garment. We usually recommend at least 2 days off before returning to work. Gym can be resumed after 15 days.

You will come back to the clinic for the follow-up at week 2, month 2, month 6.

Complete information will be given at the consultation by the doctor and patient advisor. There will be a minimal delay of 15 days between the consultation and the treatment in order to allow you to fully understand the treatment and to have all the answers to your questions.
